TN CEAL- Logo Redesign, Promotional Marketing Materials

The Challenge-

TN CEAL emerged in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, with a mission to combat disparities within underserved communities across Tennessee. Initially focused on disseminating factual information about the virus, testing sites, and vaccinations, TN CEAL swiftly adapted as the pandemic transitioned into an endemic phase. Recognizing the urgent need for community engagement and partnership, TN CEAL realigned its objectives to address the multifaceted challenges impacting underserved and vulnerable populations, who experienced disproportionately higher rates of COVID-19 cases and fatalities.

The Solution & Results-

In redesigning TN CEAL's logo, DR & Associates was entrusted with the task of capturing the essence of community engagement, partnerships, and resilience. Departing from the original design, which featured a mask symbolizing public health measures, our creative team crafted a new logo that epitomized TN CEAL's evolving mission and aspirations. Through attentive listening and understanding, we honed in on Meharry Medical College's vision, ensuring that the final design not only met but exceeded their expectations.

MEMPHIS ROX FLO GALA- Event Planning, Event Decoration, Vendor Coordination, and Program Design

The Challenge

Memphis Rox Flo Gala stands as a beacon of hope and community support, raising vital funds for an organization committed to empowering individuals through climbing, fitness, and community building. As their annual flagship event, it was essential to create an unforgettable ambiance that resonated with attendees while showcasing the vibrancy of local businesses.

The Solution & Results-

Partnering with Memphis Rox Flo Gala, we took on a multifaceted role to ensure the success of the event. From event coordination and vendor outreach to decor and program design, DR and Associates meticulously crafted every detail to perfection.

Our team spearheaded vendor outreach and management, securing partnerships with local businesses to enhance the event experience and support the community. We curated decor elements that transformed the venue into a welcoming and immersive space, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.

In addition, we designed and printed programs that not only informed attendees about the event's schedule and activities but also highlighted the impact of Memphis Rox and the importance of its mission.

BLACK COALITION FOR SAFE MOTHERHOOD- Website Refresh, Podcast Logo Redesign, and Press Outreach Campaign

The Challenge-

At DR and Associates, we thrive on challenges that demand creative solutions. When approached by the Black Coalition for Safe Motherhood, we recognized an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by refreshing their brand and amplifying their message.

The Black Coalition for Safe Motherhood faced a critical need to revitalize its brand identity and expand its reach to new audiences. With outdated branding and limited digital presence, they struggled to effectively engage and inspire support for their vital mission.

The Solution & Results-

Drawing on our expertise in branding and digital marketing, we embarked on a comprehensive overhaul to breathe new life into the Black Coalition for Safe Motherhood. Our first step was to create a modern, visually compelling website that served as a dynamic hub for their advocacy efforts. Simultaneously, we conducted a brand logo refresh to infuse their identity with renewed energy and relevance for their podcast.

Additionally, we crafted engaging social media graphics to enhance their online presence and foster connections with diverse audiences. By aligning their brand messaging with their mission and values, we positioned the Black Coalition for Safe Motherhood for greater visibility, impact, and success.

DOLPH DAY OF SERVICE- Event Planning & Coordination, Billboard, Press and Media Management

From media outreach and press management to event planning and execution, DR and Associates ensures every detail is expertly coordinated for maximum impact to honor the legacy of Adolph Thornton Jr. through a day of meaningful service and community engagement.

The Solution & Results

Drawing on our expertise in event management and community outreach, we provide a comprehensive suite of services to bring Dolph Day of Service to life. This includes crafting and distributing compelling press releases and managing media relations to generate buzz and excitement around the event. Additionally, we spearheaded the design and sourcing of billboards to amplify visibility and attract participants.

As the day approached, our team worked tirelessly to plan and execute community outreach activities, fostering meaningful connections with youth and empowering them to make a positive difference.
