Our philanthropic activities allow us to apply our skills to come together to improve the lives of individuals and families. These activities and the experience of serving others enrich our employees and solidify our beliefs and core values.
The activities that our firm participates in cover a wide variety of demographics and communities, including segments such as at-risk teens, rising entrepreneurs, domestic violence victims, the homeless population, and more.

DR & Associates Community Engagement efforts are primarily focused on women and children empowerment, food programs, and volunteering with non-profit organizations serving Illinois, Georgia, Michigan, and Tennessee.
OUR HIGHLIGHTS
Since 2019, DR & Associates has actively engaged in initiatives that showcase our belief in using our skills and resources to uplift communities. Some of our highlights include:
Educational Empowerment: In collaboration with local and national organizations such as MLGW, Start Small Think Big, Feed the Soul Foundation, and WBENC, we’ve conducted over 30 virtual business and marketing classes at no cost.
Youth Development: Committed to the growth of future leaders, our team has actively volunteered with high school students across Tennessee, Georgia, and Illinois, assisting with career seminars, competition readiness, interview preparation, and more.
In 2020, our firm provided over 75 meals to families for Thanksgiving and Christmas. In addition, we provided no-cost business training classes and seminars to entrepreneurs through organizations such as Memphis Light Gas and Water.
In 2021, we sponsored 15 websites for culinary entrepreneurs. Our firm also provided over 50 meals to families for Thanksgiving and Christmas. And more!
